Our 'Service Only' Policy

If we had to have a brief slogan to describe our policy it might look like this
Your NeighborhoodTech™ Doesn't Do Retail

House Calls for Home Computers is a service organization. We are not engaged in the retailing of computer systems and/or components. As a part of our service, we will be happy to provide 'Personal Shopping' services for computer related components or systems involved with the upgrade, service or repair we are performing. However, if you happen to like the smell of 'fresh' electronics or just enjoy the efficient service at most computer retailers - then go ahead and have some fun picking up the items yourself. Since we have no vested interest in what you purchase or where, we are able to provide our services in a manner that makes the most sense for you.

We'll be glad to make recommendations - pass along 'good deals' - compare brands - help with your purchase, suggest configurations, software, etc. but we won't sell you anything. We just make it work.
